nWe are looking for a results-driven professional to drive new client acquisition through market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building opportunities from scratch, developing strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships. The role is responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline, developing relationships with brands and agencies, and closing new business.

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closen
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across brands, agencies and marketplace sellersn
- Generate leads through direct outreach, industry networks, referrals and eventsn
- Understand client requirements and develop scoped proposals accordinglyn




- Coordinate with the studio team to align commitments with delivery capacityn
- Negotiate commercial terms including rates, volumes and timelinesn
- Grow existing accounts from initial projects into long-term retainersn
- Represent Palettier at industry events and trade showsn
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and revenue forecastsn

nQualifications and Requirements

- n
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales or client servicing, preferably within a digital marketing agency, content production house, creative studio or photography studion
- Established relationships with brands, e-commerce businesses or agencies and familiarity with the D2C, retail or e-commerce landscape in Indian
- Proven track record of closing new business and meeting revenue targetsn
- Experience selling creative or skilled servicesn
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumenn
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, including founder
