nWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Data Centre Migration project for Trade and Post Trade Team .
nResponsibilities:

- Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development managern
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedulesn
- Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.n
- Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requestsn
- Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.n
- Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.n
- Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.n
- Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.n
- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class productsn
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developersn
- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineersn
- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plann
- RAID management of projectn
- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery qualityn
nMandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years of overall experience as Project/Delivery Managern
- Must have experience FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle (Front to Back)n
