nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function and drive software quality excellence across a portfolio of desktop and web-based engineering applications.
nThis role offers the opportunity to shape QA strategy, build and scale QA capabilities, implement up-to-date automation frameworks, and establish robust testing practices across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products.
nKey Responsibilities
nQuality Assurance Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and engineering objectives.n
- Build and scale QA capabilities to support a growing software engineering organisation.n
- Lead,



mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team covering both manual and automated testing.n
- Establish best practices, quality standards, and testing governance frameworks.n

nTest Automation & Quality Engineering

- Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.n
- Define automation strategies covering desktop applications, APIs, front-end, and back-end systems.n
- Ensure testing practices are integrated into CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes.n

nTest Management & Governance

- Evaluate and implement a dedicated test management platform.n
- Establish clear testing processes covering planning, execution, traceability, and reporting.n
- Own quality gates and release sign-off processes.n

nStakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Technical Specialist
