We’re Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager – International Sales Location: Chennai | On-site
Experience: 8–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive international sales of our technology and automation solutions for the logistics and supply chain industry.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can identify opportunities, open new accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and take opportunities through to closure.
What you will do Drive new business development across international markets , including North America, Europe and ANZ.
Independently build and manage a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting and account development.
Own the complete sales cycle — from initial engagement and discovery to solution presentation, commercial negotiation and closure.
Engage with freight forwarders, logistics companies, customs brokers and other supply-chain organizations.
Understand customer workflows and operational challenges and position appropriate technology solutions.
Work closely with product,



pre-sales and implementation teams during the sales process.
Develop existing customers through hunting, account farming, cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
Take clear ownership of revenue targets, pipeline development and conversions.
What we are looking for 8–10 years of B2 B technology/solution sales experience , including significant exposure to international markets.
Proven experience selling Saa S, enterprise software, workflow/document automation, AI-enabled solutions or logistics technology.
Prior experience selling technology or services to the freight forwarding, logistics, customs or supply-chain industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to generate your own opportunities , rather than depending primarily on inbound leads.
Track record of personally managing complex sales cycles and closing business.
Strong experience engaging senior Operations, Technology and Business stakeholders.
