nWe are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Fund Manager – AIF to lead the investment management and portfolio management activities of our Alternative Investment Funds
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute fund investment strategiesn
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across listed & unlisted marketsn
- Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligencen
- Manage portfolio construction, allocation and performancen
- Prepare and present investment cases to the Investment Committeen
- Monitor portfolio risk, exposure, liquidity and returnsn
- Drive portfolio value creation and exit strategiesn
- Ensure investments remain aligned with the fund mandate and applicable SEBI regulationsn




- Contribute to investor reporting and stakeholder managementn

nRequirements

- n
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalentn
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in AIF / PMS / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Investment Banking / Equity Research / Portfolio Management / Capital Marketsn
- Strong expertise in investment analysis, valuation, financial modelling and portfolio managementn
- Proven investment decision-making ability and preferably a demonstrated track recordn
- Solid understanding of listed & unlisted investments, market dynamics and risk managementn
