- Planning for AOP, QOP, MOP and reporting actuals against itn
- Person should be aware of basic stress management workingn
- Person should be able to work closely with product, supply and ops stakeholdersn
- Strategize,
and propose the cost efficient ways of operations by understanding the Cost Benefit Analysis, Scale and business requirementsn

- Person should be able to do indepth RCA for OPD, Delfee miss against plansn
- Person must have strong analytical skillsn
- Person should be able to analyse the gaps in the current system and suggest improvements.n

- Prior experience in building these channels in e-commerce or other allied industries is a mustn
- Highest Proficiency in Excel & SQL is mustn
