nRoles and Responsibilities:
n• The candidate should have a basic understanding of GST (Goods and Services
nTax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) provisions and tally to address client
nqueries accurately.
n•Understand the specific needs and issues of corporate clients regarding Tally
nERP, GST, and TDS.

- Assist clients and troubleshoot the errors to make the operation run smoother.n
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues reported, andn
nresolutions provided for future reference and quality assurance.
n•Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the voice support team to
nensure high standards of customer service and support are maintained.
n• Stay updated with the latest changes in GST and TDS provisions and Tally
nERP updates to provide accurate and current information to clients.
n• Implement a feedback mechanism to gather client feedback on the support
nprovided, using this data to improve services continuously.
