nPurple Drive Technologies is looking for a senior business leader who can build, win, and scale business in India.
nThis is a Hunter + Delivery Leader role. We are looking for someone who can bring strong existing relationships, open recent doors, win strategic accounts, and then build the delivery organization needed to successfully execute and scale the business.
nKey Focus
nWe are particularly interested in leaders with established relationships across:

- Global Capability Centres (GCCs) / Captive Centresn
- System Integrators (SIs)n
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs)n
- Large Enterprise / Technology organizationsn

nThe ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing new clients and generating revenue, not just managing existing accounts.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive new client acquisition and business developmentn
- Leverage existing GCC, SI, MSP and enterprise relationshipsn




- Build and manage a strong new-business pipelinen
- Develop CXO-level client relationshipsn
- Win staffing, consulting, RPO and managed-services opportunitiesn
- Identify opportunities to support new and expanding GCCsn
- Lead consulting, staffing and delivery operationsn
- Build and scale high-performing teamsn
- Own revenue, margins, forecasting and business performancen
- Expand strategic accounts and drive long-term client partnershipsn
- Work closely with the CEO and global leadership teamn

nWhat we're looking for

- 15+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Staffing, Professional Services, Technology Services, RPO or Managed Servicesn
- Strong new logo / hunting experiencen
- Established network across GCCs, Captive Centres, SIs, MSPs or Enterprise clientsn
- Proven ability to engage CXO and senior business stakeholdersn
- Strong track record of generating new business and
