- Develop and maintain brand identity, including visual guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and creative assets.n
- Take ownership of creative concepts and deliver high-quality designs aligned with marketing and business goals.n
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop impactful campaign visuals.n
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.n
- Review, refine, and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements.n
- Guide junior designers and maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.n
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.n

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong and diverse portfolio.n
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.n
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.n
- Robust creative thinking and ability to develop concepts independently.n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.n
- Strong communication, collaboration, and feedback-handling skills.n
- Ability to lead creative projects and mentor junior designers.n
