About the Role

The Product Team will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of product initiatives within the Corporate Salary segment. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager/Lead to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing product enhancements and recent launches
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy
• Track product performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Risk, Compliance, Operations) for smooth implementation
• Support digital journey improvements and customer experience initiatives




• Prepare training content and assist in frontline enablement
• Ensure documentation and compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain project trackers and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Qualifications
• Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
• 6+ years of experience in consumer products
