Essential Job Functions:
- Integrated Service Desk (ISD) supports * stakeholders and suppliers by managing queries related to Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Global Procurement, and Vendor Risk Management systems and processes.
- Leveraging data analytics, we proactively identify customer pain points, recurring issues, and escalation trends.
- Where possible, we implement solutions to address these challenges directly.
- When systemic solutions are not feasible, we ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information by providing explicit guidance and comprehensive FAQs through Inside * and the Support Center.
- Our focus is on enabling effective self-service experiences through knowledge articles,



process documentation, and user education.
