Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust platform and product solutions with a focus on Mainframe IMS database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement best practices for database administration, including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security management.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.




- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of database solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding database-related queries.
- Document database architecture, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Mainframe technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Mainframe IMS DBA.
- Proficiency in database design, implementation, and administration.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of IMS databases.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for Mainframe databases.
