As Mitti Money scales its marketing and brand-building efforts over the next 6 months, we're building out the sales engine to match — converting the leads this push generates into onboarded, invested co-owners, and driving revenue growth across the platform.



Role Overview We're looking for a Sales Manager who will own the last mile of the investor journey — converting leads generated through digital campaigns, influencer content, events, and referrals into paying investors. You'll run the full sales cycle from first conversation to KYC/documentation to funds transfer, while building the relationships and follow-up discipline needed to grow ticket sizes and repeat investment over time. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management • Own inbound leads generated through social media, influencer campaigns, webinars, events, and the website — respond promptly and manage them through a structured sales pipeline. • Conduct investor consultations (call/video/in-person) to understand investment goals, risk appetite, and ticket size, and match them to the right chance. • Guide prospects through property details, structure (SPV/ownership), expected returns, and risk factors clearly and transparently. • M
