About the role:
We’re looking for a hardcore sales hunter who can build a sales pipeline from scratch, open recent markets and close high-value B2B deals.

This is a pure IC role for someone who understands technology and digital services, has strong international selling experience, and is confident engaging with CXOs, CEOs, founders and senior business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is also AI-native — someone who actively uses tools such as Claude and other AI tools to research prospects, identify opportunities, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and build a high-quality sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end new business sales, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Build a strong pipeline through hardcore outbound hunting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events and strategic prospecting.
• Identify and acquire new clients across GCCs, enterprises, technology companies and digital-first businesses.
• Sell technology, digital, design, consulting and other B2B services.




• Build relationships and conduct sales conversations with CXOs, CEOs, founders and senior decisionmakers.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and industry events across India to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular on-ground client meetings, networking and business development activities.
• Develop and manage an international sales pipeline and explore opportunities across global markets.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to research target accounts, identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, analyze markets, personalize outreach and improve sales productivity.
• Experiment with AI-led prospecting and sales workflows to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
• Own revenue targets and deliver consistent new business closures.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, proposals and deal closures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
