Job description:
- At least 5 years of in-depth experience (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc) .
- At least 3 years of AMS experience of (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc)
- Technical knowledge – Unix script, PLSQL ProC, Oracle Forms / ADF.
- Hands on experience of resolving L2 and L3 tickets, independently
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Knowledge of Batches, critical path, batch scheduler is required.
- Monitor batch processes, interfaces, and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support release deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation.
- Identify process automation and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Drive reduction in recurring incidents through preventive actions.
- Versatile in working in shift.
- Experince of Jira stories, Git-hub and DevOps
