Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and investment advisory in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating commercial opportunities,



conducting property and market analysis, and presenting tailored solutions to business clients. The role involves coordinating site visits, negotiating lease and sale agreements, preparing documentation, and partnering with internal teams to support financing, legal, and due diligence processes. The Specialist will also track market trends, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate on marketing strategies to promote commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Commercial Real Estate with experience in sales, investments in office, retail, & in mixed-use projects.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and basic deal structuring.
