About the Role

Sapna Book House, is looking for a Business Development Officer to drive business growth by developing robust relationships with schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, field sales, publishing, or the education industry,



with excellent communication skills and a strong target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by visiting schools within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Teachers, School Management, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads and conduct product presentations for schools and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection, and business development targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, competitor analysis, and regular field visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, execution, delivery, and customer support.
- Carry and present books, educational kits, and product samples during field visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, collections, and customer interactions.
