The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and scaling performance across digital channels while maintaining robust ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms Manage budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
Campaign Optimization & Scaling Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently Optimize underperforming campaigns through A/B testing
Creative & Funnel Strategy Work closely with designers and content teams for ad creatives Guide messaging, hooks,
and formats for high-converting ads Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
E-commerce & Marketplace Ads Manage performance campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart Optimize product listings and ad placements for better visibility and sales Align ad strategies with overall sales goals
Analytics & Reporting Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Prepare reports and dashboards for campaign performance Use data insights to drive decisions and improve ROI
Audience & Retargeting Strategy Build and manage audience segments Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through performance strategies
Team Collaboration Collaborate with brand, content, and design teams Coordinate with external agencies if required Ensure smooth execution of campaigns end-to-end
