Job Description — Business Development Manager / Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha · Full-time · 1–3 years (freshers with drive welcome)

About the role

As a Business Development Manager (or Executive), you own new-business growth for our B2B SaaS product suite. You'll run the complete sales journey, finding hotels that could benefit, showing them how the platform grows their revenue, closing the deal, and handing a well-briefed,



excited new customer to our onboarding team.

This is a consultative, desk-based sales role where most conversations happen over calls, video demos, email, and LinkedIn — so robust communication and follow-through matter most.

Who you'll sell to

Independent hotels, resorts, hotel chains, guest houses, serviced apartments, boutique properties, and tourism boards across India — the businesses that make up our target market.

Your sales funnel, end to end

1. Prospect — Build a pipeline of hotels, resorts, and groups from inbound demo requests, outbound outreach, referrals, and market research.
2. Qualify — Understand each property's booking challenges, current tools, and goals to confirm fit and priority.
3. Demo — Run a tailored video walkthrough of the right products and show the revenue impact for their property.
4. Close — Prepare pricing and proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and win
