Role: GTM Systems Administrator

nLocation: Remote or PAN India
nWork Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

- 3–10 years of experience in GTM systems or a related technical role.n
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification is mandatory.n
- Hands-on experience with GTM technology stacks, particularly Clay and ZoomInfo .n
- Strong experience in GTM administration , including user and security management, platform configuration, access controls, and system administration.n
- Experience in Salesforce and GTM automation/development .n
- Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM systems , particularly Clay and ZoomInfo.n
- Experience working with DevOps teams on integrations, automation, deployments, and technical troubleshooting.n
- Experience with AI and Agentic AI operations , including exposure to AI Agentic OS .n
- Strong understanding of system and API-based integrations across Salesforce and other GTM platforms.n

nWhat You Will Do:
n• User & Security Management:



You will manage user accounts and access, including recent user
nsetup and deactivation, license allocation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and
norganization-wide defaults (OWD)/sharing rule. You’ll conduct regular security audits and
nimplement access controls to keep our data safe.

n• Platform Configuration: You will design and configure Salesforce features, creating and
nupdating custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to meet
nevolving business needs.
n• Automation & Development: You will build and maintain automations using Lightning Flow
n(Flow Builder) and other declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow), and work with external
ndevelopment teams to define Apex triggers or Lightning Web Components as needed for
nadvanced requirements.
n• AI & Agentic Operations: You will help design, build, and maintain the AI agents and agentic
