Your Role
As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will architect, design, and implement high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will play a key leadership role in guiding cross-functional teams, defining best practices, establishing frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end project delivery.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations with best‑in‑class frameworks and development standards.
- Drive 4–5 full‑cycle Salesforce transformation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Build scalable, high-quality, customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.




- Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using SOAP/REST and modern web technologies.
- Ensure optimal performance by understanding and applying Salesforce platform features, limitations, and governor limits.
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate in multi‑vendor and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Profile
- Overall 9+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership roles.
- Experience implementing 4–5 Salesforce projects across different clouds.
- Solid expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
