About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the Finance Manager (CA) in day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations. This role is critical in a fintech/crypto environment where transaction volumes are high, regulatory scrutiny is significant, and accuracy in reconciliations, reporting, and compliance is non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to execute accounting processes, ensure statutory
compliance, and maintain financial records that meet the standards expected in a regulated financial services / VDA
(Virtual Digital Asset) business.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting
- Maintain books of accounts (Tally or ERP used by the company)
- Record and reconcile daily transactions including bank, wallet, and payment gateway entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements




- Assist in preparing journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing Reconciliations (Critical in Fintech/Crypto)
- Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, and crypto wallets against internal ledgers
- Reconcile customer fund accounts, nodal/escrow accounts, and exchange settlement accounts
- Flag and resolve discrepancies promptly with the Finance Manager

Compliance & Statutory Support
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory return preparation and filing under CA's guidance
- Support in maintaining documentation for FIU-IND, Income Tax and GST and other regulatory reporting
requirements applicable to VDA/fintech entities
- Help prepare data/schedules for statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Maintain proper documentation trail for AML/KYC-linked financial transactions where relevant

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense tra
