We are looking for an experienced CA / CA Inter qualified with mandatory prior experience of working in a Chartered Accountancy firm to join us in a key managerial role.
This is a hands-on, long-term position for a professional who can take ownership of assignments, manage the team and gradually assume greater responsibility in the firm.
The selected candidate will work directly with the Proprietor and will be responsible for managing day-to-day assignments, supervising junior staff / article assistants, reviewing their work, independently handling clients and ensuring timely completion of audits and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, allocate, supervise and review the work of junior staff and article assistants
- Independently manage multiple client assignments and statutory deadlines
- Handle GST compliances including returns, reconciliations, registrations, refunds and related matters
- Handle Income Tax & TDS compliances, ITRs,



advance tax, tax audits and related assignments
- Handle liaisoning with GST and Income Tax authorities, including notices, submissions, hearings and departmental matters
- Conduct Internal Audit visits at client locations, identify process/control gaps and assist in preparation and discussion of audit reports
- Handle Bank Audits, including Branch Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits and other assignments, as applicable
- Handle / supervise Tax Audits, Statutory Audits and other assurance assignments
- Review books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and finalisation of accounts
- Directly coordinate with clients and resolve routine accounting, taxation and compliance matters
- Monitor overall status of assignments and report key matters directly to the Proprietor
- Personally execute critical GST, Income Tax, Audit and compliance assignments whenever required
