Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Business Development leader who thrives in a purely outbound sales environment. This is not a role for someone who relies on inbound leads;
we need a self-starter with a proven track record of hunting, pitching, and independently closing current international clients. You will have the autonomy to define the sales process,



make strategic decisions, and build our pipeline from the ground up in new territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Definition & Strategy: Independently design, document, and execute the end-to-end business development strategy for targeting clients in the USA, UK, Australia, and the Netherlands.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Take a highly hands-on approach to client acquisition through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and highly personalized email marketing campaigns.
- End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales cycle from initial data extraction and prospecting to pitching our digital marketing services, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.
