Senior Salesforce QA Engineer:
- 3–6 years of overall QA experience, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, preferably across Sales Cloud,



Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Positive understanding of Salesforce Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Approval Processes.
- Experience testing Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce customizations from a QA perspective.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Inspector and Data Loader for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman, including positive, negative and error scenarios.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications, including middleware, ERP, eCommerce or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to test automation using Provar, Selenium, ACCELQ, Playwright or equivalent automation frameworks.
