POSITION TITLE: Global Source to Contract Specialist

nRESPONSIBILITIES:
nResponsibilities associated with this role can be divided into 3 broad categories:
neSourcing:
n
- n
- Drive global use and adoption of RF(x) tools across Global Procurement teams, ensuring adherence to ADMs standard processesn
- Partner with category management teams globally on projects to configure online RF(x) (request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or Request for Information) and eAuctionsn
- Serve as ADMs expert on best practices for eRF(x) processes and tools, methodologies and advanced sourcing strategiesn
- Partner with the purchasing hub globally to deliver best-in-class eAuction management and competitive bid processes to maximize savings results and organization effectivenessn

nContract Lifecycle Management:

- n
- Serve as a SME on CLM processes and activitiesn
- Participate in design and deployment of the CLM tool in EMEA and APACn





nOverall Source to Contract process enhancements:

- n
- Lead system training for all ADM users and suppliersn
- Contribute to global Projects related to new features and functions, changes in process and toolsn
- Share of best practices across Global Procurement teamsn
