About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager – Sales to develop new client relationships, nurture existing relationships and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an interest in financial markets and a genuine ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Introduce and communicate relevant investment products and solutions
• Conduct client meetings and understand client requirements
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Identify and acquire recent clients through networking, references, referrals and outreach
• Work towards assigned business development and sales targets
• Maintain accurate client and prospect records in the CRM
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding
• Ensure required documentation and processes are completed appropriately
Requirements
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in financial services sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply
• NISM Series V-A or V-D certification is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Awareness of Global Economics & Current Affairs
• Creative & Solution-Oriented Thinkin
