- Enterprise Applications Engineering at TJX delivers highly integrated, secure, and scalable platforms that support global HR and Associate experiences.n
- As a Staff Engineer Workday HCM, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Workday Core HCM and enterprise integrations. You will lead and deliver Epics, influence platform-level decisions, and partner closely with architects, product managers, HR stakeholders, and engineering teams to evolve TJXs Workday ecosystem.n
- This role requires deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, integration architecture, DevSecOps practices, and HR business processes, with the ability to clearly communicate technology strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring engineers across teams.n
