This is a newly created role that sits at the heart of our people experience the person employees call when they have a question about their health coverage, the person vendors hear from when service falls short, and the person who makes sure T-Mobile's India office stays fully compliant as we scale rapidly.
nYou'll report to the US-based Senior Manager, International Advantages, who sets global strategy and works with our global broker partners. Your job is to bring that strategy to life locally, running the day-to-day, building trusted relationships, and making sure every employee at TMUS Global Solutions knows their benefits and feels supported.
