nRole Description
nThis is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare - Service & Front Desk Executive at a client of RemoteOneTeam located in the USA.
n

nThe Healthcare - Service & Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for patients, therapists, and staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the front office remotely. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth communication and effective patient flow.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Financial & Administrative Support: Collaborate with the billing team on insurance verification, billing, and session authorizations. Educate patients on their insurance benefits and handle co-pay collection.n
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, assist with transportation arrangements, and coordinate with home care schedulers.n
- Patient Management: Assist clinic therapists, monitor patient evaluations, and track patient discharge lists.



Proactively address patient no-shows and cancellations to ensure continuity of care.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
n
- n
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative and medical office roles, specifically with scheduling.n
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (preferably American or British).n
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, AthenaHealth, or WebPT is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is a plus.n
- Work Hours: You must be available to work from Monday to Thursday, 5:30/6:30 PM to 4:30/5:30 AM IST, and Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30/3:30 AM IST. n
