The Role
We are looking for a Performance Media Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor. This is not a role where you brief a team and review dashboards from a distance—you will be the one in the accounts, building campaigns, troubleshooting performance issues, and driving results day in, day out.





We are an extremely lean startup, and this role is for someone who thrives in that environment: someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and finds energy in the challenge of doing more with less. The upside is significant–the long-term vision is to build out a full performance media team, and the right person will be at the centre of that growth.

Note that this role is based in Mumbai, India. You will initially join as a contractor on a remote basis. The target is to transition to a full time employee when the company is registered in India (anticipated by end of 2026). Once the Mumbai office is operational, all team members will be expected to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting.
