Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer, who is proficient in .NET & React.Js. Our client is a market-leading, cloud-based CX benchmarking and operational improvement platform. This role is Hybrid, based out of Gurgaon (India).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.Js, C#, and .NET 8.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications and system integrations.
- Develop responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and React Hooks, including useState and useContext.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and senior engineers to implement engaging, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Follow established coding standards, security practices, and application architecture patterns to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and support application builds and deployments.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests for front-end and back-end components.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes,



and implement fixes with guidance as needed.
- Collaborate in an Agile workplace with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and apply new practices where appropriate.
- Knowledge of Spec Driven Development and Agentic development using tools like Codex, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience
- 3+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience developing applications using C#/.NET and React.Js/TypeScript.
- Practical experience developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

Technical Skills
- Experience with .NET 8 We
