Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently handle bench marketing, candidate submissions, client/vendor relationships, and interview coordination for US IT consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and market consultants available on the bench.
- Identify suitable requirements from clients, vendors, MSPs, VMS portals, and recruiting partners.
- Market consultants through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors/clients.
- Submit qualified consultants against relevant requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and consultants.




- Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
- Understand consultant visa status, location, skills, availability, rate, and relocation preferences.
- Generate new requirements and develop recent vendor/client contacts.
- Follow up consistently until placement/closure.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing activities.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment market.
- Excellent understanding of US work authorization/visa types.
- Experience with C2C, W2, 1099, and contract positions.
- Strong vendor/client relationship management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, JobDiva, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and achieve submission/interview/placement targets.
- Good knowledge of US time zones and IT technologies.
