Main Purpose of Job:

A detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Revenue Assurance (RA) function in protecting and growing the in-force book through improved renewal and persistency outcomes. The role will own end-to-end persistency tracking across bancassurance and strategic partnerships, from due-base management to partner governance. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Contact Centre and Partnership distribution teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner Persistency Tracking & Coordination
- Persistency Tracking: Own the daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of renewals and business persistency (13th, 25th, 37th, 49th, and 61st month) across bancassurance and strategic partners, on both premium and policy-count basis.
- Due Base Management: Maintain the monthly renewal due base and track movement across paid, grace period, lapsed,



and revived buckets by partner, zone, branch, and product.
- Partner Scorecards: Publish partner- and zone-wise persistency scorecards and due lists to partner and internal sales teams on a defined cadence.
- Query Management: Act as the operational SPOC for partners on persistency data, renewal status, and reconciliation queries, ensuring timely resolution and smooth day-to-day communication.

Persistency MIS & Reporting
- Persistency MIS: Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards providing partner-, zone-, channel-, and product-level visibility into persistency and collection metrics.
- Engagement Program Tracking: Track partner- and RH-level persistency contests and engagement initiatives, support payout computation, and report on program impact.

Data Analytics & Strategy Deployment
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep-dive data analytics to uncover process inefficiencies
