Position: AI Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a AI Business Analyst to join a high-performing technology team supporting the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, helping deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint platforms, and Power Platform automations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Analyze business processes, document requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support AI-enabled products throughout the lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
- Work with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Power Platform solutions.




- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and support Power Apps and Power BI solutions where applicable.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Coordinate with development teams during solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare test scenarios, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions, and manage defect tracking.
- Support product roadmap planning, release management, documentation, user guides, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, workflow failures, access requests, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Support AI initiatives including Generative AI use cases, prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and automation opportunities.
