Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from supply chain stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform current-state and future-state analysis and identify process gaps.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions.

Supply Chain Process Optimization
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Work across Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, WMS, Logistics, Transportation, and Order Fulfillment.




- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Develop future-state process models, workflows, and business process documentation.

Project Delivery & Implementation
- Support SCM transformation, digitalization, ERP implementation, and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, developers, solution architects, and implementation partners.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, issues, and business impacts.
- Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance data.
