About the Role

Experience - 4 to 7 Years

The Deputy City Head will play a key role in ensuring smooth city-level academic and operational execution. The position requires strong coordination between teachers, academic teams, operations, sales, parents, and management, with a focus on improving learning outcomes and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Planning & Academic Operations
- Support the development and implementation of city-level curriculum plans.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with students' learning requirements, academic levels, and learning objectives.
- Prepare academic calendars, lesson plans, learning schedules, and assessment frameworks.
- Work with teachers to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
- Monitor student learning progress and recommend academic interventions wherever required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.

2. Teacher Training & Development
- Plan and conduct teacher training and induction programs.
- Develop training modules related to teaching methodology,



classroom management, student engagement, and lesson planning.
- Conduct regular teacher orientation and refresher training sessions.
- Monitor teacher performance through feedback, observations, student progress, and parent feedback.
- Identify training requirements and create individual/team development plans.
- Build a robust and professionally trained tutor/teacher network in Bangalore.

3. LMS Management & Implementation
- Manage and ensure effective utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate LMS onboarding and training for teachers and relevant team members.
- Ensure timely uploading and updating of learning materials, assignments, assessments, and student progress.
- Monitor LMS usage and adoption across teachers and students.
- Coordinate with the technology/product team for LMS-related issues and improvements.
