We are constantly expanding our retail and PMS reach through fintech platforms and we require motivated, self-learning individuals to join our team and take up responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Drive client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation with a primary focus on PMS, AIF, Smallcase, and other investment solutions.
- Build and manage a personal book of HNI/UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and consistently work towards defined business and AUM targets.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships, increase wallet share, and generate referrals.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management




- Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements to recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients through regular engagement and portfolio discussions.
- Provide relevant market and investment updates while ensuring a high-quality, personalized client experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of equity markets, PMS, AIF, Smallcase, and other investment products.

Market Engagement & Compliance
- Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, product developments, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in investor meetings, client events, and market discussions to strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, suitability norms, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Man
