Role Overview

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead the university’s digital growth strategy across Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, ORM, Website Growth, Influencer Marketing and AI-led Marketing.

The role will focus on strengthening digital presence, generating high-quality leads, improving conversion, enhancing online reputation and delivering measurable ROI and admissions outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies aligned with admission and business objectives.
- Lead Google, Meta, YouTube and other paid-media campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads while optimizing CPL, CPA, conversion and ROAS.
- Develop performance dashboards and track campaign ROI.

2. SEO & Website Growth
- Lead on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve organic traffic, search rankings and website visibility.
- Drive landing-page optimization, CRO and website conversion.
- Monitor Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console and other SEO analytics.

Social Media & Content
- Develop social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility.
- Work closely with creative/content teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns.

4. ORM – Online Reputation Management
- Develop and manage CU's online reputation strategy.
- Monitor reviews, comments, social conversations and digital sentiment.
- Establish proactive response and escalation mechanisms for negative feedback.
- Track sentiment and reputation KPIs.

5. AI & Marketing Automation
- Identify and implement AI tools and automation for content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, personalization and productivity.
- Explore AI-driven lead scoring, audience segmentation and marketing insights.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies across the digital marketing function.
