The Role

We are looking for a Lead – Accelerator to build and lead the Global HealthX Accelerator.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for identifying high-potential startups, working closely with founders to accelerate their growth, and leveraging the Global HealthX ecosystem to help companies achieve meaningful commercial and strategic outcomes.

The Head – Accelerator will effectively act as a partner to founders, helping companies navigate growth, market access, partnerships, fundraising and organisational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Lead the Accelerator
- Own the overall strategy, structure and operating model of the Global HealthX Accelerator.
- Develop a structured approach to onboarding, evaluating and supporting portfolio companies.




- Define milestones and measurable outcomes for each startup and track progress regularly.

2. Source & Evaluate Startups
- Build a strong pipeline of healthcare, life sciences and health-tech startups
- Evaluate companies across team, product, technology, market chance, business model and scalability.
- Develop relationships with founders, incubators, universities, investors and startup ecosystems in India and internationally.

3. Work Closely with Founders
- Understand the key growth constraints of each portfolio company and develop an acceleration roadmap.
- Support founders on business strategy, GTM, pricing, partnerships, hiring, fundraising and market expansion.
- Bring in relevant experts, mentors and partners where specialised support is required.

4. Drive Market Access & Partnerships
- Leverage the Global HealthX ecosystem to create opportunities for pilots, commercial partnerships and market access.
