Voice & Accent Training/Language Training

Certification(s): Train The Trainer Certification, or Relevant PG program in Training

About the Role

The role primarily of the Lead Trainer is to take up training delivery and content development related activities. The role also entails tasks related to learning management system administration and coordination.

What you'll be responsible for:

Training Delivery

Manage the learning workplace and prepare for training delivery.

Convey objectives and align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.

Create a positive learning climate and establish credibility as an Instructor.

Use various learning methodologies to facilitate learning.

Encourage participation and build learner motivation.

Deliver constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes.

Content Development

Use instructional design theories and models to design, develop,



and/or revamp behavioral and soft skills traning content for virtual and classroom training interventions.

Conduct performance analysis to identify goals, gaps, or opportunities.

Design and implement performance support systems and tools, for example instructional resources, data, process models, job aids, and expert advice.

Design and develop learning assets, for example role plays, self-assessments, training manuals, job aids, and visual aids that align to a desired learning or behavioral outcome.

L&D; Coordination

Manage the L&D; functional mailbox while addressing, resolving, and/or escalating all queries and requests in a timely manner.

Release the L&D; training calendar in a timely manner.

Develop, administer, and debrief results of assessments of intelligence, aptitude, potential, skill, ability, and/or interests.

Facilitate career development planning process by coordinating with supervisors/managers for helping employee
