About Position:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to join our engineering team and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API development, cloud technologies, and distributed application architectures.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Architect and develop scalable RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define technical solutions.
- Lead application architecture and design discussions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines,



and development best practices.
- Support integration efforts across multiple applications, services, and enterprise platforms.
- Implement automated testing, quality assurance practices, and code quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with release managers to manage deployments and improve release processes.
- Identify technical risks proactively and establish mitigation plans.
- Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems.
- Support critical incident resolution and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
