- Enterprise Applications Engineering at TJX thrives on strong relationships with HR and business partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise platforms that support global Associate experiences.n
- As a Senior Engineer Workday HCM, you will design, implement, and support end-to-end Workday HCM solutions with a focus on Core HCM functionality and enterprise integrations. You willoperateas a lead engineer on medium-to-large initiatives (Epics), applyingDevSecOpsbest practices while owning feature delivery from design through production support.n
- You will play a critical role in TJXs digital HR transformation by partnering with HR leaders, product owners, and downstream technology teams to deliver high-impact Workday solutions that scale globally.n
