What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
nThe Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable data pipelines, data products, and integration solutions that enable reliable analytics, reporting, risk management, and business decision-making. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Databricks as a must-have capability, including development of ETL pipelines, data processing using Spark/PySpark, and implementation of modern data lakehouse patterns. The incumbent translates business requirements into robust technical solutions, leveraging Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and contemporary data engineering practices. Considerable judgement and autonomy are exercised in day-to-day tasks, including ingestion, transformation, storage, data quality validation, performance tuning, troubleshooting and delivery of trusted data products.

nData Engineering and Databricks Development:

- Build and maintain ETL workflows that ingest, transform, validate, and publish data for analytics, reporting, and downstream applications.n
