About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished Associate Manager - Technical Hiring to lead and drive recruitment delivery for Full-Time IT hiring mandates across leading System Integrators and Global Technology Consulting organisations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on recruitment expertise along with team leadership capabilities, managing a team of 3-5 recruiters while carrying individual and team hiring targets.
This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering technology hiring mandates, stakeholder management, team mentoring, recruitment strategy execution, and revenue-focused delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and strategic Full time IT positions.
- Source, screen, assess,
and engage high-quality technology professionals across various IT domains.
- Handle senior-level and niche technology hiring requirements independently.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Team Management Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 Technical Recruiters.
- Allocate requisitions and monitor team performance against hiring goals.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance discussions, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Support team members in closing challenging and niche technology positions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and results-oriented recruitment culture.
