Position Overview

Indo Asia Tours is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to develop and strengthen our business across the assigned European markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing trade relationships and promoting India and the Indian Subcontinent as destinations.

The position is based at the company's Headquarters in Gurugram, India, with international travel being an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and grow business from the assigned markets.
- Identify and develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and specialist travel companies.
- Generate new business and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Work toward agreed sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business.

2. Existing Partner Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing trade partners.
- Understand their business, customer profile, product requirements and future plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts.
- Maintain regular communication and proactive follow-up.

3. Marketing & Destination Promotion
- Promote India and the Indian Subcontinent through appropriate trade and marketing initiatives, participate in different pre-decided, budgeted Tradefairs.
- Work with partners on brochures, digital campaigns, webinars, presentations and other promotional activities.
- Provide partners with destination information, itineraries, images, product updates and sales material.

4. Product Development
- Work closely with the Tours/Operations and Contracting teams to develop products suited to the respective markets.
