About the Role

This is a Founder's Office position built around one core mandate: own and build Lumov's offline sales business end-to-end, working directly alongside the founder.

You won't be handed a playbook - you'll help write it. This role is for someone who wants to learn what it actually takes to build a business: not just execute a function,



but sit close enough to the decisions to understand why they're made. Over time, expect exposure across hiring, planning, forecasting, and the broader strategic and operating questions that come with growing a company.

Having a, analytical problem solving mindset is extremely critical with a zeal to execute and delivery results.

What You'll Do

Offline Sales – Build & Run
- Design and stand up the offline sales function from scratch: territory approach, channel mix, distribution/retail partnerships
- Hire, train, and manage the on-ground sales team as it's built out
- Visit distributors, channel partners, customers PAN India to build the business out
- Work on holistic business from hiring to tracking, performance management, sales & business operations, etc.
- Negotiate with distributors, hospitals, vendors, across the value chain and close deals to deliver results.
