About the role
nWe are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. As a driven and professional recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment. Were looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for full-cycle recruiting and a proven ability to partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers on a daily basis to understand and meet their hiring needs. In this role, you will source, attract, and close candidates who are a strong fit for the role, company, and culture. You are motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on reducing time to hire while maintaining a high level of integrity and compliance that protects both the company and candidate. You thrive in a rapid-paced environment, bringing the experience and drive needed to hit the ground running.
nWhat youre responsible for:

- Responsible to drive full life cycle of recruiting for Retails sales, in field roles. Entry level, Supervisors and Leadsn




- Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions that will gain traction and also comply with all current legal requirementsn
- Execute sourcing strategies that result in hires that are excited and motivated to winn
- You plan your messaging and phone interviews exceptionally well, provide daily updates on your search and findings to stakeholders and keep each candidate engagedn
- KPI's include Interviews per week (calls), Interviews converted to offers, offers converted to hires, call quality etc.n
- Expertly screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessmentsn
- Use ATS (iCIMS) to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reportsn
- Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer servicen
