Role Objective:

To lead the overall business with end-to-end P&L; ownership and drive the transformation and growth of the Mechatronics business by scaling the business 3X over the next four years.

The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy across market expansion, customer acquisition, product portfolio, technology, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and people, while strengthening profitability and building a scalable organization for sustainable long-term growth.

The role requires a strong business leader who can combine strategic thinking with execution, develop new customer and market opportunities, deepen relationships with existing customers, build differentiated technology capabilities and create a high-performance organization capable of supporting the targeted growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Strategy & 3X Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 4-year business strategy and roadmap to achieve 3X growth in revenue and significantly improve business profitability.




- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing customers, new customers, new products, geographies and emerging applications.
- Define annual business plans, revenue targets, profitability objectives and strategic priorities.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer requirements, technology changes and competitive landscape to identify recent business opportunities.
- Build a robust pipeline of future business opportunities to support sustained growth beyond the four-year horizon.

P&L; Ownership & Financial Performance
- Own the complete P&L; of the Mechatronics business, including revenue, EBITDA, working capital and cash flow.
- Drive profitable growth rather than revenue growth alone.
- Improve contribution margins through product mix, pricing, localization, cost engineering, productivity and operational excellence.
