Job Title: Senior Talent Sourcer – US IT Staffing
nLocation: Remote (India)
nExperience: 4–6 Years
nShift Timing: 6 pm to 3 am IST
nNote: US IT sourcing experience is must, people with domestic/APEX/UAE or any other country apart from US experience will not be shortlisted. Should have worked on W2, 1099 and C2C Tax Terms in US Staffing Environment

nWe are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sourcing and takes pride in identifying the right candidates.
nThis is not a traditional recruiter role . You will not be involved in calls, negotiations, or client interactions. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-quality candidates and preparing them for submission.
nIf you enjoy deep research, understanding job requirements thoroughly, and delivering clean, accurate, and well-formatted resumes, this role is for you.
nKey Responsibilities

- Source candidates for US IT requirementsn
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools effectivelyn
- Apply solid Boolean search techniques to identify relevant profilesn




- Should have worked on Tax Terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.n
- Should have worked on US visas: US Citizen, Green Card (GC), H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC EAD, E2, TN Visan
- Review resumes to ensure alignment with job requirementsn
- Edit and format resumes to make them clear, complete, and submission-readyn
- Verify candidate details (contact information, experience, etc.) for accuracyn
- Maintain and update candidate records in CEIPAL ATS or any other ATSn
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelinen

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in US IT sourcing.n
- Strong hands-on expertise in Boolean search techniquesn
- Solid understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, cloud professionals, etc.)n
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platformsn
- Ability to thoroughly understand job requirements before sourcingn
